Learning and support for management programmes

You will be fully supported throughout the programme by a qualified and highly skilled team of management development consultants.

You will receive:

Do I need to attend training sessions?

For some of our management programme we have developed a series of supported development workshops to help you gain the knowledge and skills needed to complete the qualification. Alternatively we can advise on way to increase you knowledge through reading and research.

How long does it take?

There is no set timescale;

Most managers on our programmes are taking between 9 to 18months.

This will provide you with targets to achieve and some milestones against which you can measure your progress.

How will I be assessed?

The assessor will arrange to meet you at your workplace or other convenient places and plan the assessment(s). The assessor will use a variety of methods to suit you and the context of the assessment.

You have to provide proof that you can meet the standards of the qualification. To do this you can:

• Get the assessor to observe you carrying out work activities.
• Show the assessor work already achieved
• Provide testimony from others on the way you do things
• Answer questions

Discuss your work and the rationale behind some of your decisions.
