The Level 4 Management NVQ level 4 is for you if you are a practicing manager and have a responsibility for leading the work of teams and individuals to achieve organisational objectives.
You will be responsible for planning and organising the work of the team. Ensuring your staff work in an environment that is safe, secure and conductive to efficient work, should also play a part in your responsibilities. You will be responsible for staffing issues, and managing other resources, such finance, equipment or facilities.
The management of business processes will play an important part in the way you make important decisions and achieve results.
You will lead and participate in meetings at various levels.
The qualification requires you to achieve 5 mandatory units and choose 3 optional units from a wide range of management functions.
