Management Level 3

The qualification is aimed at supervisors or first line managers who have clearly defined areas of responsibility.

This may include:

Providing leadership and direction for your team
Allocating and monitoring work within your area of responsibility
Encouraging ideas to improve the performance of the team
Ensuring the team work in a safe and healthy environment
Creating and maintaining effective working relationships with managers, team members and colleagues
Providing information and advice to the team and others

The qualification requires you to achieve 4 mandatory units and choose 3 optional units from a wide range of management functions.
