Who is it for?

This qualification is for learning and development practitioners will a responsibility for the co-ordination and the delivery of programmes of learning.

Suitable for team leaders or training professional with diverse responsibilities.

Functions within the scope of your job role would be managing the contributions of others to the learning programmes and evaluating the effectiveness of the programmes and implementing improvement.

You may also be involved in identifying the development needs within organisations.

To achieve the qualification a will have specific responsibility for

• Contributing to the learning within the organisation
• Identifying the learning needs of the organisation and of individuals
• Designing suitable learning programmes to meet the needs of the learners
• Managing the contribution of others people within the learning process
• Ensuring equality of opportunity in learning provision
• Evaluating and improving learning provision

This qualification also contains the Internal verifier unit V1, suitable for those with a responsibility for quality assuring the assessment processes

The qualification requires you to achieve 6 mandatory units and choose 1 optional unit from a wide range of learning and development tasks.
