Working in partnership with the Fire Service

NVQ Consultancy Services has a growing reputation for its work with Fire and Rescue Services supporting the recent introduction of Fire Service standards. Our consultants work in a number of ways to assist service personnel with the implementation and introduction of NVQs and processes to support IPDS assessment.

We are able to support the development of managers who have a responsibility for learning and development within Fire Service organisations.  We have experience in providing specific help to trainers, training centre managers as well as to Divisional and Area Managers responsible for human resources development more widely.
