About NVQ Consultancy Services

NVQ Consultancy Services (NCS) has been operating as a Professional Development Centre since 1995, and continues to grow through recommendation and by reputation.

With extensive knowledge and experience in human resource development, including leadership and management development, our work includes helping leaders, managers, teams and individuals to better understand their roles and to fulfil them with increased authority and effectiveness. 

We have an established reputation for the expert delivery of national vocational qualifications, and management development programmes.

Our consultants are currently working with organisations in the public, private and not for profit sectors, leading organisational development initiatives as part of improving management and professional practice, the introduction of competence based training initiatives (NVQs), and pursuit of Investors in People.
